Local Events
Think Astronomy will once again be conducting star parties at Westcave Nature Preserve this Spring. The scheduled dates are:
Saturday, February 9th @ 6:30 PM
Saturday, March 15th @7:00 PM
Saturday, April 12th @7:30 PM
The events will consist of a 45 minute indoor talk followed by a star party. Please call John at Westcave Preserve (830) 825-3442 to signup for one of the dates. Each event is limited to approximately 20 individuals.
The Austin Astronomical Society hosts public star parties at it's observatory at the Canyon of the Eagles nature lodge on Lake Buchanan. Public events are scheduled for the following dates in 2008 (dusk until midnight):
