About Us
Think Astronomy was founded in 2005 by Bill Tschumy to promote astronomy education in and around Austin, Texas.
Bill has been active in amateur astronomy for 25 years. He has lived in Austin for the past 14 years and has been a part of the Austin Astronomical Society during that entire time. Bill loves to share his knowledge of the sky with others and public star parties are one of his favorite aspects of this great hobby.
